The Location of T.U (Mandalay) is in Aung Chan Tuar village group, Patheingyi Township, Mandalay Division. The area is 62.15 acre wide. Formerly school was known as Government Technical Institute in 1955. In August 1999, it was upgraded to Government Technological College. In 2007,it is upgraded to the level of University.It is now offering eight Bachelor Degrees in engineering and architecture. The duration of the course is 5 years and 6 months. Technological University (Mandalay) offers Graduate Degree Program and Post Graduate Degree Program.
